David Glenn Scott

David Glenn Scott, 36, passed away on October 7, 2023. He was born on May 30, 1987 to Tony and Rhonda Scott in Abilene, Texas. He graduated from Cooper High School in 2007. He was involved with the farm program at Hill Resources group Home. He enjoyed helping others, cooking and playing video games, doing yard work and participating in the Special Olympics program. He enjoyed spending time with family at our weekly game night. He is survived by his parents Tony & Rhonda Scott of Abilene, his sister Sara D’Nae Scott and nephew Charles Scott of Abilene, Grandfather Charles Ernest Scott from Idaho, aunt and uncle Nicki and Memorial service will be held at Pasadena Heights Community Church in Abilene Texas at 11:00 a.m. on October 24 with Pastor Nathan Barber officiating. He is survived by his parents Tony & Rhonda Scott of Abilene, his sister Sara D’Nae Scott and nephew Charles Scott of Abilene, Grandfather Charles Ernest Scott from Idaho, aunt and uncle Nicki and Troy Scott from Idaho, Aunts Judy Gibson of Abilene, Linda Hobbs of Abilene, Aunt and uncle Carol and Kenny McClendon from Childress, Texas, Uncle Kevin McClendon and Jolene from Troy Texas and several cousins. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association. The family of David Scott wishes to extend sincere thanks to Doctor David Randell of Abilene, Dr Praveen Rao and Dr Russell Canham from Dallas for all of the expert care they provided during his lifetime.
