Francis John Stephenson

Francis John Stephenson of Chelsea, MA passed away on November 13, 2023, in Abilene, TX after a short battle with Lung Cancer. Frank was born in Charlestown, MA to Bernadette Stephenson on September 15, 1959, He later moved to Chelsea, MA. He married Dianna Howard on July 15, 1995, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Chelsea, MA. He worked as a truck driver for most of his life. Frank loved sports and played Ice Hockey every weekend for many years. He was a free spirit who loved to feel the wind and the freedom of the highway on his motorcycle. He was preceded in death by his mother Bernadette Stephenson, Brother David Ross Kiddie III, Sisters Bernadette Seward and Elizabeth Bouche', as well as his beloved nephew Edward E. Bouche' Jr. He is survived by his wife Dianna Howard Stephenson, and five daughters Lisa Vega, Ashley Stephenson, Mikayla Stephenson, Kristen Howard, and Deanna Howard. Frank also had 14 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter, and one sister Claire Semler. At Franks's request, there will be no formal services. Frank preferred that everyone find a way to celebrate his life in a way that felt personally meaningful. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
