Marie Foote

Marie Foote, 98, passed away on January 7, 2025. Born in Preston, MO, as Marie Rife, she lived most of her adult life in Kansas City until moving to Abilene, TX in June 2023. 

A beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she is survived by children Gary Foote of Tucson AZ, Rhonna Murray of Abilene, Roberta Harris of Yakima WA, and grandchildren Darlene Weldon of Kansas City MO, and Steve Owens, Rob Harris, and William Harris of Washington state, and great grandchildren in Kansas City and Washington state. She is also survived by Erma Philbert, sister, of Preston, MO, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by daughter Cheryl Foote, and by siblings Treva, Lingle, and Donald.
