Martha Ramona Holstine, 71, of Colorado City, Texas, passed away on February 25, 2024, in Abilene, Texas.

Martha was born in Knoxville, Tennessee to Lula Belle and Jesse Ramon on February 22, 1953. Martha went to school in Abilene and graduated from Abilene High School. On November 22, 1972, Martha married Randy Holstine in Abilene. She had two kids, Jessamyn and Joshua. In 1977 Martha moved to Colorado City, where she lived the rest of her life. Family was the most important thing in Martha’s life, she enjoyed being around her nieces and nephews, and most of all loved spending time with her daughter and granddaughter. Martha was a huge Cowboys and Rangers fan, and you could always find her wearing a shirt with one of the two teams. She loved Christmas and had a t-shirt and pair of earrings and socks to wear every single day just for the occasion. You could always find her scratching off a lottery ticket or playing solitaire on her phone. Martha was self-employed for over 20 years, cleaning houses. Martha was an active member of her church, First Methodist Church of Colorado City.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Randy; grandmother, Mary Russell; and brother, Kyle Ramon.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Jessamyn Holstine; granddaughters, Alyssa Iglesias and Chloe Garrett; brothers Clifford and Jimmy Ramon; sister, Katherine Wolford; son, Joshua Holstine; nieces, Shauna and Christina Wolford, Monica and Courtney Ramon, Kayla Manning, Jamie Masters and Jessica McCanless; great-nieces and nephews, Dylan Martinez, Ivan Hernandez, Caitlynn Garza, Isaac and Shyla Wolford; and great-grandniece, Carolin.

Funeral services will be held March 9, 2024, at 11:00 am, at the First Methodist Church of Colorado City with Pastor Kaleb Jackson, officiating. Services are under the direction of West Central Texas Cremation, Abilene.
