Ronnie Cox

Ronald (Ronnie) Dale Cox, 65, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 26, 2023.

Ronnie was born to Dale and Nancy (Huestis) Cox in Castro Valley, CA on January 13, 1958.

Ronnie was a draftsman and surveyor by trade, but his love was woodworking, especially in making unique crosses.  He was a longtime member of Beltway Park Church and was active in Big Country Emmaus.  For several years he was involved in the Kairos Prison Ministry.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, sister Theresa Pentecost and brother-in-law Dean Miller.

Survivors include daughter Nancy Cox (Zach) of Austin, sons Chris and Andy Cox of Merkel, and step-son Zach O’Donnell of Tennessee. Brother Carl Cox (Sondra) and sister Kathy Miller all of Tuscola, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Beltway Park Church South Campus, 4009 South Beltway, Abilene, Texas.
