Tanya Sue Rock, known by those she loved as Susie or Ammaw, left this world and took her place with our Heavenly Father on January 6, 2024. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on January 20, 2024 at 1pm at First Baptist Church Tuscola, located at 700 Kent Ave Tuscola, TX 79562.
Susie was born on September 4, 1966 to Charles Jasper Cochran and Bobbie Jean Coffelt in Salida, Colorado. She married the love of her life, Randy Rock, on February 29, 2004 in Abilene, TX. Susie was an active and proud member of the Choctaw Indian Nation. She lived her life exactly how she wanted to, and she did it surrounded by those she loved. She loved her family wholeheartedly, and anyone who knew her, knew that her greatest pleasure in this life was loving and spoiling her grandbabies; those kids will always be Ammaw's babies. She will be greatly missed by everyone she left behind.
Susie is preceded in death by her father, Charles Jasper Cochran, and brother, Pete Cochran.
Susie is survived by her Husband, Randy Rock; Children: Mark Kilough and partner Holly, Dustin Rock, Ashley Cartwright and fiancé Dan, and Karen Shelton; Grandchildren: Brayden, Jackson, Kylie, Caydence, Levi, Hadley, Colton and Tommy. As well as her mother, Bobbie Jean DeWeese, and siblings Ruth Ann Parks Carolyn Cochran Robbins, Jackie Cochran, and Bobbie Ray Cochran. Susie also leaves behind many extended family members who loved her dearly.
As we cherish each memory that we have of Susie, we remember that she lives on with each of us. We shall celebrate the life she lived here on Earth and know that she is rejoicing with our Heavenly Father looking over us all, until we meet again.
